A/C Recharge - Leak Test
- Perform air conditioning evacuate and recharge with leak test
- Perform function test A/C control panel to ensure all switches and functions are operating as designed
- Attach A/C EVAC machine to high and low pressure valves of A/C system
- Perform evacuate of refrigerant to determine how much refrigerant is in the A/C system
- Recharge A/C circuit adding correct amount of refrigerant as well as installing UV dye into the A/C system in order to trace a possible leak of A/C system
- Disconnect A/C recharge machine and then function test A/C system
Note: Due to A/C leaks being very small and slow to occur in some cases, vehicles may need to return for further diagnosis and inspection of UV dye leaking from A/C system.
