You get to see a lot of options, like first hand test drive immediately and they’re just, they’re above the rest.

My experience using the pickup and drop-off service was awesome. Adam was very communicative very well and let me know how the process was going. I got texts which made it easy on me. Feldmann has been great as far as like attention to detail especially with my car.

Yeah I mean I used to have a BMW and every time I went to the service center was a different person. They had no idea who I was. I was like starting over each time. Um here, I talked to Adam. He knows me by name.

I looked all over the internet and finally found this one. So I contacted Jack and he was very, very good. He helped me immensely and because I knew the car was going to sell fast, I quickly put a deposit on just to hold the car.

Jack was able to do that for me and so then I flew down here this morning. I had to get up at 4 o’clock in the morning because I had to drive quite a ways to an airport. I live in upstate New Hampshire in the lakes region and flew here and I’m just so excited. I love the car, it’s just fantastic.

I love Feldmann Imports because when I drive through that service door, I kind of feel like a princess. I mean, these guys come out and they’re kind, they laugh at my joke, they really good care of me.

They do things quickly, they get me back in my car and back to work, back to my life and I always leave with a smile on my face. The thing that makes Feldmann Imports different from other dealers, Mercedes-Benz dealers specifically, which I have been to, is the environment.

You are welcome when you walk in, you don’t have to go and look for a salesman, you are greeted at the door and then you are taken care of and so that’s when you have time and you really want to buy the car.

Everything was fast, my order was placed quickly. Provided great service. They always help you find what you want. I feel like I’ve always been serviced by family. Everybody’s super friendly.

I would not come back for a new car in the future, you know? They are a number one customer focused and they look forward to dealing with customers no matter the circumstances. Yeah, there’s other options out there but I’m always gonna come back to Feldmann’s because it’s been about a decade of just great experiences over and over again.
