The charging time required for a full charge depends on the available infrastructure and the country-specific vehicle equipment. Via Mercedes me Charge, EQB drivers will be able to use what is currently the largest charging network in the world: this currently comprises more than 500,000 AC and DC charging stations across 31 countries. Mercedes me Charge allows Mercedes-Benz customers convenient use of the charging stations of various providers, while they also benefit from an integrated payment function with simple billing processes. 2 Years Maintenance
included.

Purchase of the new EQB will include 2 years of complimentary maintenance and charging. The Integrated Service Package (ISP) will include complimentary maintenance service for the first two years of vehicle ownership. The ISP covers services due at 1 year/12,500 miles and at 2 years/25,000 miles (Service A and Service B) whichever comes first. The package remains with the vehicle until expiration by time, mileage or completion of first Service A and Service B, regardless of change in vehicle ownership.
