Mercedes-EQS charging port

The short answer is, yes! But you will need a Tesla to J1772 adapter to do so.

Here is further explanation on how to charge your Mercedes-Benz Electric Vehicle.
There are 2 types of home chargers. Level 1 and Level 2:

Level 1 charging is when you charge an electric vehicle (EV) using the charger included with the vehicle. These chargers can be plugged into any standard 110V outlet, with the other end plugged into the car.

Level 2 chargers are sold separately from the car. These require a more involved installation since they need a 240V outlet, but allow charging up to 9 times faster (depending on the electric car and the charger).

Level 2 at-home or at-work charger typically uses AC current while commercial charging stations use DC to enable a faster charge. Mercedes EV’s are compatible with both, and charging stations will automatically charge at only the maximum wattage your car can handle.
