I've been buying automobiles since 1964 and this was by far the most pleasant such experience I have ever enjoyed. Both Alex and Patrick were exceptionally customer focused. They both went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and to ensure that we understood the product and the process. It was as we were back in our home town buying from a friend of the family. The Feldmann dealership came highly recommended and thanks to Alex and Patrick our experience surpassed our expectations!

I think Chad, Jeff, Paul, & Doug are all exceptional at listening, getting the work done, and returning the vehicle. It's is as if I am picking up a brand new car, each time my car has been in for repair.
